Terminally busy?

This was such a great post from Zen Habits this week: “Exercises for the Terminally Busy.

A list of excellent exercises when you have minimal amounts of time and space.

Feeling motivated, I’m going to start mixing some of these into my 10 minute morning routine (check out the link above for more ideas):

  1. Jump squats
  2. Lunges & jump lunges
  3. Burpees
  4. Jumps
  5. Handstand pushups

What are some other good ones?!

on a fully loaded day, there are so many distractions once my feet hit the floor, so I start off in bed with ankle to knee pulled into chest as a deep hip opener, followed by that wrapped leg twist to each side, first lengthening my spine to twist down low then curving the spine to bring the twist higher, jump out of bed and if the phone is not ringing its forward then back bending, then its off to the ‘cuppa’ maker!

i pumped up loud music just to wake up, usually something very upbeat, then push-ups and stretch ,… I do love your 10 minutes sunrise routine ~
