It’s no surprise that I *love* coffee!

In honor of today being National Coffee Day (I didn’t even know this existed until today!), and as I drink my second cup of the day, I thought I’d share with you this nice article from Authority Nutrition summarizing evidence for health benefits of coffee:


This includes: making you smarter, increasing metabolism, providing nutrients and antioxidants (coffee being “the biggest source of antioxidants in the western diet”), lowering your risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, improving your mood, lowering some cancer risks… and more.

But does coffer over time dull the whiteness of one’s teeth?

Yes, one needs to weigh the risks and benefits (or just drink it with a straw)!
